Corporate Dining Program & Cafe

FWS oversaw the relaunch of a major corporate food service operations after a $15 million renovation of the company’s meeting space and dining hall. The company’s goal was to incentivize employees in their return to work with elevated food options and services.

The successful transformation was accomplished with seven Chef-driven food and beverage stations that includes a Breakfast and Lunch Grill, a Deli creating custom craft sandwiches, a deluxe Salad Bar, along with a hot menu selections (that rival meals Atlanta’s favorite restaurants), a specialty Barista Bar and a collaboration between our in-house nutritionist and the company’s wellness department to create a Super Food Smoothie Bar that is protein-rich, low in sugar, and high in flavor and energy.

Executive Catering Services

Our collaboration with a prominent global accounting and consulting firm commenced in 2018 when FWS provided themed group meals during their hectic tax season. This partnership evolved to bespoke breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and champagne receptions tailored to the company’s Partners and Executives and their Fortune 100 clients. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, our relationship endured. FWS swiftly adapted to the division of its operations across two sites, resulting in continued seamless service.

A truly memorable occasion is when all the senses have been excited.

An evening at the private residence of a prominent corporate CEO, with the company’s top executives was thoughtfully curated not only as as holiday celebration but also as a team building venture. Set against a backdrop crafted by FWS, guests indulged in a selection of elegantly passed hordourvres, a sumptuous three-course plated meal, culminating in grand unveiling of a lavish dessert assortment. Each dish was presented with perfectly paired wines by our skilled Sommelier to open the palate and enhance flavors, while sparking lively conversation and fostering camaraderie.
